This position will provide positive customer-focused interactions and various clerical duties to support the Cardiology specialty providers. Duties include but are not limited to answering a multi-line telephone, acquiring demographic & insurance information from patients, receiving & assigning documents from the fax server, processing referrals, and scheduling. Position requires HS diploma/equivalent and 2 years of previous experience in a medical office setting. Must have previous experience completing prior authorizations/referrals. Must have a working knowledge of medical terminology, excellent oral & written communication skills, excellent time management, and show initiative to assist others when needed. Previous experience with Medent is desired. This position will require rotating Saturday mornings. The hourly salary range is competitive & commensurate with experience, offering between $17.50 and $23.50, depending on qualifications & expertise.
This position will be responsible for daily operations and lead assigned staff. The role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient workflows, and staff development. Duties include but are not limited to leading, coaching, scheduling, and evaluating staff performance. Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development. Provide real-time coaching, annual reviews, and performance improvement support. Oversee daily clinical operations (rooming, vitals, procedures, testing) to meet access & cycle time goals. Coordinate with providers and management to maintain consistent workflows. Serves a back-up clinical staff when needed. Manage supplies, equipment, and routine audits with corrective action follow-up. Lead or participate in event reviews, incident tracking, and root-cause analysis. Promote infection prevention and ensure OSHA compliance. Maintain and update site specific procedures in line with regulations and policies and educate staff accordingly. Coordinate BLS and clinical skills refreshers. Model service excellence, manage expectations, and lead service recovery efforts. Position requires an HS diploma/equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must hold active CMA, RMA, NCMA, CCMA certification or active LPN/RN license with MD Board of Nursing. Previous supervisory experience required. CIMG offers a competitive salary range from $65,000 to $85,000 annualized, depending on qualification and expertise.
