Graduated George Washington University Medical School, Washington, D.C.

Completed his internship, residency, and fellowship in Cardiology at University of Maryland Medical Center, Baltimore, in 1982.

Dr. Kushner lives in Dunkirk, MD , is married and has one daughter. His hobby is bicycle riding.

"I joined this practice in 1982, and I have been the managing physician since the mid 1980's. My goal when I arrived has not changed. It is to bring the highest quality of care to Calvert County.
